When you connect your TVGuardian to its power source, do both red lights on the front of the unit come on? Do they flash a few times, then go out? Do they continuously flash?
Please let us know. It may be the power cord. Usually when we get flashing lights (flashes a few times then goes out), it is caused by the power supply.
When the red light on the front of the TVGuardian (TVG light) is flashing and the power light (PWR) is solid, it indicates that the unit is receiving Closed Captioning. The TVG receives Closed Captioning via the yellow composite cable. The red TVG light doesn't have any specific flashing pattern and may appear to be random.
